Job Description
Application Instructions Project Coordinators are responsible for handling administrative tasks of a project, like budgeting, scheduling, organizing, record-keeping, and handling information flow from various departments. This is a mid-level position that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Position Description Assist the project manager in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans. Monitor and track project progress and team members' performance by creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders. Actively identify potential issues and help implement solutions. Execute project management administrative tasks such as managing subcontracts, change orders, invoices, among other documents. Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 software. Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries for project management and team. Assist in resource allocation and management to optimize project efficiency. Monday

- 5pm In Office position Salary based on experience Position Requirements Associate degree in business administration, management or a related field
- preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets Working knowledge of Primavera P6 schedule software and Vista by Viewpoint
