Are you an experienced Healthcare Benefits Project Manager with a strong understanding of Third-Party Administrator (TPA) operations, including claims administration, eligibility management, vendor integrations, and healthcare benefit plans? What your day will look like: Oversee client implementations, operational initiatives, and cross-functional projects to ensure successful delivery of TPA services including claims administration, eligibility, and vendor integrations. Coordinate across internal teams (claims, eligibility, IT, client services to ensure readiness Oversee vendor integrations of networks, telehealth, etc Work closely with claims and eligibility teams to ensure proper set up and administration Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation & major initiatives
