$100,000-$110,000 base + 15% bonus + vehicle allowance + ESOP About the Company A leading national General Contractor with annual revenues exceeding $2B is looking to add a Project Manager to their Upstate South Carolina division. The company has a strong presence across the region, delivering a range of commercial projects and currently seeing particularly strong activity across the healthcare and manufacturing sectors. Typical projects range from $15M-$30M, with the Upstate division having successfully completed projects valued at up to $180M. This is a field-based Project Manager position, working from the construction trailer on active project sites throughout the Greenville / Upstate SC market. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day project management responsibilities from the jobsite Act as a key point of contact for the owner throughout the construction process Manage project costs, budgets and financial performance Oversee project schedules and ensure key milestones are achieved Work closely with Superintendents and field teams to maintain project safety, quality and progress Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers and other project stakeholders Manage change orders, forecasting, project documentation and reporting Identify and manage project risks to ensure successful project delivery Maintain strong relationships with owners and project stakeholders Compensation & Benefits $100,000-$110,000 base salary (DOE) 15% annual bonus $7,000 annual vehicle allowance 100% company-funded Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Medical & dental & vision coverage Company-paid life & AD&D insurance Company-paid short- and long-term disability coverage 3 weeks' vacation 8 paid holidays 401(k) savings plan Employee Assistance Program & financial wellness resources Long-term career progression within a $2B+ national General Contractor Requirements 5-8 years' commercial construction experience Project management experience with a General Contractor Bachelor's degree required, ideally in Civil Engineering, Construction Science, Construction Management or a related field Strong understanding of project costs, scheduling and safety Comfortable working in a field-based role from an active construction site Strong communication and owner-facing skills Motivated to build a long-term career with the company INDHBenefits
