Job Description

As a Landscape Construction Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing installation projects, ensuring quality, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Director of Landscape Installation to monitor project budgets, plans, and timelines. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, vendors, and team members. Coordinate with vendors and crews to ensure timely delivery of resources and services according to project specifications and quality standards. Oversee and review project processes to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during project installations, providing clear communication and addressing their needs throughout the process. Conduct regular field inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions as needed. Assist in managing tools and equipment, including storage, operation, and maintenance. Foster a results-oriented, team-focused work environment among employees. Qualifications Valid driver's license. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with extensive field and build experience. Bachelor's degree or professional certification in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Construction Science, Construction Management, or a related field. Proficiency with computer software, including LMN Time and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience managing production software such as Landscape Management Network Time (LMN). Ability to monitor and report on performance indicators for self and team, ensuring timely entry and maintenance of metrics. Strong professional communication and representation skills. Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Preferred:
Advanced knowledge of trees, landscape plants, annuals, perennials, and horticultural practices.Preferred:
