About Us Finishing Touch Team Painting is a growing residential and commercial painting company committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and outstanding customer service. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to help oversee painting projects from start to finish and ensure a seamless experience for our customers and field teams. Position Summary The Project Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling projects, communicating with customers, coordinating crews and materials, monitoring project progress, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong communication and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule residential and commercial painting projects. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate project schedules, updates, and expectations to clients and crews. Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors as needed. Monitor project timelines and address scheduling conflicts proactively. Conduct job progress checks and ensure quality standards are met. Track project documentation, change orders, and job completion reports. Collaborate with estimators, painters, and management to ensure smooth project execution. Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and project cost tracking. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Experience in the painting, construction, or home services industry. Knowledge of project management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, ServiceTitan, or similar platforms. Customer service and team leadership experience. Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
