We are looking for a seasoned leader who brings that same standard to every home. The Role As a Senior PROject Manager, you will lead one or two of our most complex, high-value residential builds at a time. You will be a trusted partner to our clients and a mentor to our Project Management team, making sure every detail, from budget and schedule to quality and communication, is handled with precision. What You'll Do Lead large-scale luxury residential projects from planning through completion, overseeing scope, schedules, budgets, and resources. Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, building lasting relationships through consistent, transparent communication. Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost control, profitability tracking, and approval of major budget changes. Develop project strategies that align with client expectations and company goals, and guide risk management planning. Resolve escalated challenges, including schedule delays, client concerns, and construction issues, without compromising quality, timeline, or budget. Ensure every project meets CopeGrand standards for quality, safety, and communication, and help refine our processes over time. What You Bring 10+ years of experience managing high-end residential construction projects. Proven track record building custom homes valued at $2 million and above. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Exceptional communication skills and poise working with discerning, high-net-worth clients. $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
