full-time Join a growing commercial construction organization in Downtown Greenville as a Project Coordinator supporting multiple active projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This fully onsite role is ideal for a highly organized professional who excels at managing competing priorities, solving problems, and keeping projects on track. As a key member of the team, you'll partner closely with project stakeholders to support successful project execution from pre-construction through closeout. Direct Hire | Full-Time | 100%
Onsite Responsibilities:
Coordinate project documentation and administrative activities from pre-construction through project closeout Manage bid invitations, document organization, plan distribution, and bid submissions Track project deadlines and communicate daily bid and project activity updates to internal stakeholders Facilitate project startup activities, including permits, insurance documentation, vendor coordination, and project setup within company systems Maintain accurate project records and ensure all required information is properly documented and distributed Coordinate contract administration, change order processing, and project-related correspondence Support project teams by organizing meetings, collecting required documentation, and following up on outstanding items Manage project closeout activities, including occupancy documentation, warranties, as-built drawings, and client closeout packages Ensure project information is current within project management software and company databases Partner closely with Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, field personnel, and subcontractors to keep projects moving efficiently
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required Strong administrative, coordination, or project support experience Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel Ability to learn and effectively utilize project management and construction software platforms Thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities High level of attention to detail and follow-through Construction industry experience preferred but not required Ability to successfully pass applicable pre-employment screenings, including background and drug testing
Compensation & Benefits :
