Responsibilities Lead the full project lifecycle: pre-construction planning, scope review, budgeting, execution, and closeout Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, material procurement, and production tracking Establish and maintain the schedule across multiple installation crews and projects Review contracts and understand change order processes, termination clauses, and contractual exclusions Oversee weekly subcontractor payroll and approve project paperwork: time sheets, daily reports, toolbox talks, and extra work tickets Conduct required safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards on all job sites Manage completion of punch-list items and issue warranty/maintenance documentation to the General Contractor Analyze cost and construction trends on completed projects to identify opportunities for improvement on future work Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, GCs, and internal teams, providing regular status updates Enhance overall project profitability Maintain our company's growth by exceeding customer expectations on all projects Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial drywall/construction project management Proven track record managing large-scale commercial projects from start to finish Proficient in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook Experience with estimating and project management software (e.g., On-Screen Takeoff/QuickBid, Plexxis, or equivalent) Ability to read blueprints, understand specs, and manage project costs Strong organizational, time management, and multi-project coordination skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing subcontractors and client relationships Familiarity with contract management processes and procedures Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable leading a team Benefits Premium compensation + bonus structure Company vehicle allowance and/or gas card Paid Time Off & Holidays Opportunity for advancement Health, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability Insurance Company-provided life insurance policy 401(k)
