Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Renovation and Capital Project Manager to lead our renovation initiatives and large-scale infrastructure projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring all work aligns with safety standards, budget parameters, and quality expectations. The ideal candidate will bring strong construction management expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering impactful projects that improve our community's facilities. Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of renovation projects and complex infrastructure upgrades within the community. Develop detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery. Manage project budgets, track costs, and implement cost control measures to maximize efficiency. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to review construction plans and specifications. Monitor progress and communicate updates effectively. Lead project teams by assigning tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality workmanship throughout each phase of construction. Read blueprints and construction plans accurately to oversee project scope and technical requirements. Ensure all projects adhere to contractual obligations and regulatory compliance standards. Coordinate construction schedules with other operational activities to minimize disruptions within the community. Qualifications Minimum 3 years proven experience managing renovations, facilities, property, construction administration, project coordination in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, property /facilities management or construction environment. Associated degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field preferred. Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and building codes applicable to commercial or healthcare facilities. Excellent skills in project scheduling, cost management, contract administration, and blueprint reading. Construction site experience with a focus on quality control and regulatory compliance. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders at all levels and managing project documentation efficiently. Knowledge of senior living operations and resident-centered service, preferred.
