Join our team to grow your career while exceeding customers' expectations in a creative and fun atmosphere. Job DescriptionOperational Excellence & ExecutionLead and promote operational excellence across all North America project cargo activitiesSupport branches with complex and high-value project cargo executionsEnsure consistent application of best practices, compliance standards, and safety protocolsDrive performance through KPI monitoring, reporting, and corrective action planningTraining & DevelopmentDesign, develop, and deliver project cargo training programs for operations teams and branch personnelIncrease branch awareness and understanding of project cargo capabilities and proceduresMentor and coach operations staff to enhance technical expertise and execution qualityStandardization & Continuous ImprovementEstablish and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) across the regionIdentify operational gaps and inefficiencies; develop and execute improvement initiativesLead process optimization efforts to improve productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfactionService Provider ManagementMaintain and strengthen relationships with key service providers (carriers, heavy haul, rigging, etc.)Conduct annual performance evaluations of vendors to ensure quality and competitivenessIdentify capability gaps and onboard new service providers to support evolving business needsBusiness Development Support Partner with commercial and regional teams to support a targeted 15% year-over-year growth in the AmericasParticipate in customer meetings, solution design, and project planning discussionsEngage in branch sales meetings to align operational capabilities with sales strategiesMaintain and actively manage a Top 10 target account list within CRM (e.g., Dynamics)Qualifications8-12+ years of experience in project cargo, heavy-lift, or specialized logistics operationsStrong technical knowledge of multi-modal project cargo execution (air, ocean, road, rail)Proven track record of leading complex logistics projects and driving operational improvementsExperience in vendor management and strategic sourcingDemonstrated ability to deliver training and develop high-performing teamsStrong commercial acumen with experience supporting business development effortsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
