Full-time Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in project management. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Nonwovens industry and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and complete projects in the Nonwovens industry Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against these plans. Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and escalate issues as needed. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project deliverables are met. Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date. Lead and manage project field services including design, commissioning, and startup.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in project management or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Design experience using AutoCAD and Inventor. SAP experience a plus. Must be able to lift 25lbs and work on feet for extended period. Willingness to travel up to 30% including international.
