$90,000 - $110,000 per year Job Details - We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Project Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about leading and driving projects to successful completion. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Project Management, Leadership, Strategic Planning, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Team Management, and Product Development. The individual will play a critical role in managing complex manufacturing projects, ensuring all deliverables are met within budget and on time. This position requires 5+ years of experience in a similar role.Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage end-to-end project plans in the manufacturing sector, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. 2. Develop comprehensive project strategies, including risk management and quality control plans. 3. Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the production process. 4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all elements of the project are in sync and progressing as planned. 5. Drive the product development process, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and customer requirements. 6. Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. 7. Monitor project progress, resolving any issues that arise, and implementing necessary changes. 8. Communicate project status, issues, and risks to all stakeholders, including senior management. 9. Continuously improve project management tools and processes to increase team efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management within the Manufacturing industry. 3. Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. 4. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating high-performing teams. 5. Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills. 6. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment. 7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 8. Proficient in project management software and tools. 9. Proven experience in product development and lifecycle management. 10.
