This position is responsible for leading pack-outs, contents handling, transportation, and deliveries for customers whose homes or businesses have been affected by fire, water, smoke, or other property damage. The ideal candidate has professional moving company experience and understands how to safely and efficiently handle, inventory, transport, and deliver customers' belongings. You'll be responsible for leading crews in the field while providing excellent customer service and keeping projects organized from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage residential and commercial pack-outs and pack-backs Coordinate and supervise moving crews and field technicians Safely pack, label, load, transport, unload, and deliver contents Oversee contents inventory and maintain accurate documentation Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and proper handling of customer belongings Manage daily crew assignments, equipment, and job-site logistics Ensure proper protection of floors, walls, furniture, and other property during work Identify and communicate damaged, missing, or questionable items Ensure company procedures and safety standards are followed Help train, motivate, and hold crew members accountable Respond professionally and compassionately to customers during stressful situations Required Qualifications Previous professional moving company experience is
REQUIRED
Experience leading moving crews or serving in a supervisory role preferred Strong understanding of residential and commercial moving practices Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and customer-service skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding work when necessary Ability to work in homes and businesses affected by water, fire, smoke, and other damage Reliable, professional, and comfortable taking ownership of projects Restoration Experience Is a Plus Experience in contents restoration, water/fire restoration, insurance claims, or disaster recovery is highly desirable, but candidates with strong moving-industry experience who are willing to learn restoration are encouraged to apply. What We're Looking For We need someone who can lead from the front. You should be comfortable managing a crew, talking with customers, solving problems in the field, and making sure every item is handled with the same care you would expect for your own belongings. Pay:
From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
