Role:
  • As a Specialist, you will take on a supportive role in the planning, monitoring, and management of internal non-technical projects.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining project documentation, assisting with resource management, and ensuring project milestones are met. This role offers growth opportunities for those with some experience in project management.

Responsibilities:
  • Support project planning and development of schedules.
  • Track and report project progress.
  • Assist in budget management and financial tracking.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation.
  • Support the identification and mitigation of project risks.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas.
  • Facilitate communication among project stakeholders.
  • Assist with change management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with project processes and standards.
  • Provide support in preparing project proposals and reports.
Skills:
    Project Tracking:

    Use of tools to monitor project progress.

      Documentation Management:

      Ability to maintain and organize documents.

        Advanced Communication:

        Proficient in delivering clear updates.

          Budget Tracking:

          Understanding budget monitoring and reporting.

            Stakeholder Liaison:

            Engage effectively with stakeholders.

              Project Tools:

              Experience with project management software.

                Risk Management:

                Identify and propose mitigation strategies.

                  • Compensation:
                  • $68,900.00 - $118,050.00 USD This role is eligible for Bonus. _Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
