Full-Time Are you someone who enjoys keeping projects moving, solving problems, bringing people together, and making sure the details don't fall through the cracks? If so, Project Solutions, Inc. (PSI) may be the place for you. We are looking for a Project Specialist to join our team in Rapid City and support a variety of exciting DoD, federal government, construction, engineering, infrastructure, and environmental projects. You will work alongside experienced Project Managers, engineers, construction professionals, environmental specialists, contractors, and clients to help turn project plans into successful outcomes. This is more than a paperwork role. You will be part of the action- helping coordinate people, information, schedules, and resources to keep projects moving forward.

- working alongside engineering and technical teams to coordinate project activities and deliverables Environmental Projects

You should have:
A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred 02+ years of experience in project coordination, project administration, construction, engineering, environmental services, government contracting, or a related field Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A sharp eye for detail and a knack for keeping information organized The ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of deadlines Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint The confidence to work independently and the teamwork skills to collaborate with a diverse group of professionals A problem-solving mindset and the willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience working on DoD or federal government projects Construction, engineering, environmental, or infrastructure experience Familiarity with government contracting or federal project requirements Experience with project management, scheduling, document control, or cost-control systems CAPM, PMP, or another project management certification Why PSI?
