WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS YOU
$60,000 - $80,000 Health, FSA, HSA, Dental, Vision, Life and AD&D, Short Long Term Disability.

PTO THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
Assist Project Manager. Coordinate administrative activities for commercial projects, ensuring project information, timelines, and communication remain organized throughout the process. Set up projects and process purchase orders, change orders, and product returns using internal systems and project management software. Work closely with designers, project managers, contractors, vendors, and clients to coordinate project details and installation schedules. Monitor product orders, shipment schedules, and warehouse deliveries while addressing potential delays or inventory issues. Maintain project documentation, including equipment manuals, warranty information, completion records, and contractor punch lists. Support project closeout activities by organizing final documentation and coordinating equipment startup inspections when required. Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE
  • 2+ Years of B2B customer service and distribution experience.
  • Microsoft Office Experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail Oriented and Organization Skills.
