This position has great job autonomy and the ability to be heard and appreciated. Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. You will oversee plumbing and piping projects from kickoff to completion. Your goal is to ensure high-quality workmanship, maintain strict safety compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities Project Oversight:
Manage project schedules, materials logistics, and day-to-day site progress.
Communication:
Run point on communications with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
Financial Management:
Build accurate cost estimates, track expenditures, and draft change orders.
Document Review:
Interpret architectural blueprints, mechanical drawings, and technical job specifications.
Client Relations:
Serve as the main point of contact for general contractors, engineering teams, and property owners.
Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
3-5+ years of hands-on plumbing trade experience, plus 2+ years managing construction projects.
Licensing:
A valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with project management platforms (e.g., Procore) and estimating software.
Logistics:
