Torch Technologies is seeking highly skilled technical Project Managers to support the 715th Test Squadron (715 TS) at the Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC). The 715 TS operates world-class aerodynamic and propulsion test facilities, and this role is critical to advancing the nation's hypersonic weapon and flight systems. This position is located onsite at Arnold AFB, TN. As a Project Manager, your duties will include the following, but are not limited to: Provide guidance and recommendations to government stakeholders on project planning, resource allocation, and mission execution. Review project lifecycles including schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Provide input and monitor project timelines. Participate in project status meetings/calls and provide meeting minutes. Assist in maintaining accurate documentation of project activities, decisions, and outcomes. Ability to develop program plans and technical roadmaps. Ability to work independently or with a team, demonstrate strong initiative, and organize tasking with minimal supervision. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Excellent people, organizational, management, computer, and leadership skills. Ability to plan, coordinate, and support product development in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment at a strategic level.
Required Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship Level 2- BS in Science or Engineering Field and up to 3 years of experience Level 3
- BS in Science or Engineering Field and 3-10 years of experience Level 4
- BS or MS in Science or Engineering Field and 10+ years of experience Must be able to obtain a Secret DoW Security clearance with active investigation.
