Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee cabinetry installation projects from start to finish. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients, exceptional quality in execution and timely completion of projects. Duties Serve as the primary point of contract for customers after a job is contracted. Manage projects from inception through final payment and completion. Communicate installation, punch-out and completion schedules effectively with customers. Communicate, hold accountable and positively build working relationships with all 1099 subcontractors. Collaborate with the Opus Edge team to ensure timely ordering of all necessary parts. Liaise with the Design Team to address any project-specific needs. Conduct job site walkthroughs during various phases to ensure quality and monitor progress. Utilize company-provided project management software for tracking and updates. Ensure cabinetry installation adheres to Opus' high standards. Schedule and manage punch crews to address final adjustments. Perform final walkthroughs with clients, ensuring satisfaction and project completion. Facilitate payment collection as outlined in sales contracts. Schedule and oversee warranty work as needed post-project completion. Qualifications At least 3 year of construction management experience (required). Strong knowledge of the construction and remodeling process, particularly cabinetry. Proficiency in using an iPad for documentation and photography. Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a professional demeanor. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Clear and concise note-taking and communication abilities. A proactive approach to problem-solving and ensuring customer satisfaction.
