Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Project Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects. You will work closely with project managers and team members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to Directors
  • Support the implementation of project management best practices and methodologies
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and presentations
  • Facilitate communication between team members and clients
  • Support the coordination of project meetings
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Associates degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with program management concepts
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Contract:
This is a full-time position (In office)
