1099 About the Opportunity A growing residential construction and remodeling company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from planning through completion. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys managing timelines, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring exceptional project execution. The successful candidate will have experience managing residential construction projects and possess strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Experience with commercial construction projects is a plus. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple construction and remodeling projects simultaneously Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and subcontractor activities Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle Conduct regular job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet client expectations Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors Communicate project updates and resolve issues as they arise Maintain accurate project documentation and records Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion Qualifications Previous Project Management experience within the construction industry Residential construction experience required Commercial construction experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience coordinating subcontractors and vendors Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities Self-motivated and capable of working independently Preferred Background Residential remodeling General contracting Construction operations Home renovation projects Commercial construction project oversight What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple projects at once. Pay Details:
