This role is vital in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency with industry-standard project management software. Responsibilities Lead project planning sessions to establish scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation using tools like Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office. Coordinate construction schedules, ensuring seamless integration of various trades and subcontractors through construction schedule coordination. Manage project teams on-site and off-site, providing clear direction, monitoring progress, and resolving issues promptly to maintain momentum. Oversee construction plans, blueprints, and technical documentation such as Civil 3D drawings and construction regulatory compliance standards. Monitor project budgets meticulously, controlling costs through effective cost management strategies and construction estimating techniques. Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols, building codes, environmental regulations, and contractual obligations. Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to provide updates on project status and resolve any conflicts or delays swiftly. Skills Extensive experience with construction management software including ProCore, Prolog, HeavyBid, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and other project management tools. Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and building codes applicable to commercial infrastructure projects. Proven ability to read blueprints and construction plans accurately while managing complex infrastructure projects. Skilled in project scheduling, project coordination, contract management, and managing teams in a construction management role. Expertise in construction budget management, cost estimation, and financial tracking using specialized software. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines. Demonstrated leadership in managing diverse teams on heavy civil or commercial construction sites with a focus on quality delivery.
