Project Coordinator

Overview ETC Construction is looking for a driven Project Coordinator to manage a portfolio of commercial and residential construction projects from the office side. This role owns scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and customer communication while working closely with Field Project Managers, the Construction Manager, and Project Controls. This is not an entry-level admin role. You'll be responsible for keeping projects on track, on budget, and well-communicated from start to finish. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Administration & Documentation Manage project handoffs, documentation, and closeouts Build and maintain project schedules in coordination with PMs and CM Prepare and track change orders through approval Develop monthly reports, updates, and tracking documentation Build and maintain Schedules of Values (SOVs) Maintain organized project files across internal systems Review and monitor daily field logs Financial & Budget Management Own and track project budgets Ensure accurate cost coding and tracking Review invoices prior to CM approval Draft field labor billing Customer Communication Act as the primary point of contact for clients Coordinate selections, materials, and procurement timelines Communicate project updates, changes, and expectations clearly Scheduling & Coordination Schedule subcontractors and coordinate with field teams Keep milestones, inspections, and deliveries on track Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, vendors, and code officials Procurement & Vendor Management Request pricing and issue purchase orders Coordinate material procurement with Project Controls Manage rental equipment needs and call-offs Compliance, Permits & Risk Secure permits and required insurance documentation Maintain compliance records and project documentation Required Skills & Experience Strong computer skills (Microsoft 365 required; QuickBooks/JobTread a plus) Experience in project coordination, scheduling, or cost tracking Ability to read construction plans and understand scopes Strong communication and organization skills Ability to manage multiple active projects at once Self-motivated with strong follow-through

Pay:

$52,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
