Electrician Residential Service & New Construction

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician or helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and industrial settings, with a strong understanding of electrical systems. This role requires proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics, as well as the ability to work effectively on construction sites. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems while ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC). •Wage rates are flexible and determined based on skill and experience level. Certifications and licenses are plus but not required. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential environments. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks. Conduct inspections of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine layout and installation requirements. Perform renovation work involving electrical installations as part of construction projects. Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to complete projects efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience as an Electrician in both commercial and residential settings. Strong knowledge of NEC regulations and safety standards related to electrical work. Familiarity with low voltage systems, high voltage systems, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members on-site.
