This position provides direct, day-to-day support to our Project Managers, helping manage the administrative, organizational, and logistical details required to keep multiple healthcare projects moving forward. Track outstanding information, deadlines, approvals, orders, and project-related action items. Proactively follow up on open items and communicate status updates to Project Managers. Maintain accurate and organized project records, files, spreadsheets, and documentation. Assist with data entry, reporting, order information, pricing, and other project-related administrative tasks. Help Project Managers prioritize and manage time-sensitive requests across multiple projects. Work with internal departments and outside vendors to obtain information needed by the Project Management team. Identify missing information, discrepancies, or potential issues and bring them to the Project Manager's attention. Provide additional support to the Project Management team as priorities and project needs change. What We're Looking For Success in this position requires more than basic administrative skills. A high degree of self-motivation, initiative, and follow-through. The ability to multitask effectively while keeping projects, deadlines, and details organized. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to recognize what needs to be done next. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach. The ability to adapt quickly when priorities change. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word. Experience with NetSuites and Auto Quote is a plus.
