Project Manager (Bilingual)

What You'll Do:

Help lead residential painting projects from planning through completion Coordinate schedules, materials, crews, and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly Track project timelines, budgets, and quality standards Communicate project updates, challenges, and progress with leadership and customers Collaborate closely with the Sales and Coordination teams to ensure smooth project transitions Build strong relationships with homeowners, subcontractors, and team members through proactive communication Help identify and solve problems quickly to maintain a positive customer experience What we're looking for: Strong communication and people skills Organized, dependable, and self-motivated Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts Tech-friendly and comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and mobile apps Positive attitude with a solution-oriented mindset Ability to work professionally with customers, crews, and leadership Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of driving. Must be able to lift 15+ pounds at times.

Full-time Base Pay:

$30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
