Civil Project Manager (Demolition & Site Development)

Location:

Nashville, TN Salary Range:

$110,000-$150,000+ per year (based on experience)

Responsibilities Manage civil construction and heavy civil projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee project schedules, budgets, cost control, change orders, and monthly billing. Coordinate site development activities including earthwork, grading, utilities, paving, and demolition. Communicate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel. Mentor junior team members like Project Engineers.

Qualifications Experience:

5+ years managing civil construction or site development projects.

Skills:

Strong background in earthwork, grading, infrastructure, and demolition coordination.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

Software:
