Role Overview:

This position is responsible for handling a variety of duties and responsibilities involved in the coordination of installations.

Key Responsibilities:

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to budget and timeline constraints. Responsible to coordinate customer installation tasks and resources to ensure installations are completed on-time, on-budget, and to a high-level of client satisfaction. Ability to negotiate with various technicians to bid installations at or below budget. Responsible for communicating with customers and technicians to track and manage the progress and/or problems for each installation. Responsible to update internal systems in a timely fashion to ensure pertinent information is captured for future access. Ability to work with Sales, Service and other departments professionally to ensure customer satisfaction as it relates to the installation process. Responsible to provide reports in a timely fashion. All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma 5 years of customer service experience, or equivalent experience . Must possess exceptional oral and written communication skills. Must be detail oriented and proficient in MS applications.

Work Requirements:

Position is considered sedentary and requires extended periods of telephone and PC exposure. Must have ability to interact professionally with varying personalities and all levels within the organization.
