Roofing Sales Representative / Project Manager Heartland Roofing, Siding & Windows is seeking an experienced roofing salesperson and project manager to join our team. Why Work for Heartland?

• We handle both retail and insurance restoration projects
• Opportunity to sell roofing, gutters, siding, replacement windows, and other exterior improvements Position Responsibilities The successful candidate will manage each project from the initial sales appointment through final payment.

Responsibilities include:

• Meet with homeowners and inspect their properties
• Prepare estimates and sell retail and insurance-related projects
• Assist customers throughout the insurance claim process when applicable
• Accurately measure and document each project
• Prepare all required contracts and job paperwork
• Order materials and coordinate deliveries
• Schedule and manage project production
• Communicate with customers, crews, suppliers, and the Heartland office
• Inspect completed work and address any outstanding issues
• Collect final payment upon completion
• Maintain complete and accurate job records Compensation This is a commission-based position. The salesperson/project manager will receive 50% of the net profit on each completed and collected job. Compensation details and the method used to calculate net profit will be explained during the interview. Requirements
• Previous roofing sales experience is required
• Experience with both retail roofing and insurance restoration sales is required
• Knowledge of roofing systems, estimating, measurements, and material ordering
• Ability to manage projects from the initial appointment through completion
• Strong customer-service, communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must own a suitable truck and ladder
• Must be comfortable safely inspecting residential roofs
• Must be dependable, professional, and self-motivated Experience selling gutters, siding, replacement windows, or other exterior improvements is a plus.

Pay:

$66,906.70 - $180,000.00 per year
