This role blends sales , estimating , and project management , ensuring profitable, on-time, high‑quality delivery. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with strong technical understanding and the ability to coordinate teams, vendors, and clients in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify and pursue commercial HVAC opportunities with general contractors, property managers, and commercial clients. Conduct site visits to assess scope, technical requirements, and customer needs. Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and bid packages. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract details to secure profitable work. Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business and strengthen Eco Home Solutions' market presence. Project Management & Execution Manage all phases of commercial HVAC projects from planning to completion. Develop project schedules, coordinate manpower, and oversee subcontractors and vendors. Lead project meetings, provide progress updates, and resolve issues proactively. Conduct final inspections and ensure successful project closeout. Cross-Department Collaboration Work closely with installation teams, service technicians, warehouse staff, and leadership. Provide clear communication and documentation to ensure alignment across departments. Support the sales team with technical expertise and project insights. Mentor junior team members on commercial project processes and best practices. Customer Experience & Quality Assurance Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain exceptional communication, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Address concerns quickly and ensure high-quality workmanship.
