full-time Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish. This role serves as the primary point of coordination between owners, design teams, municipalities, contractors, and internal team members to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilitie Leadership :

Take initiative in understanding and resolving project challenges, leading all stakeholders to meet project goals

Relationship Building :

Develop and maintain relationships with project team members, building trust and confidence

Team Oriented :

Act as a coach to ensure all team members are operating at their best, fostering communication and collaboration

Goal Planning :

Define short-term and long-term project goals, ensuring they are communicated, tracked, and met

Vision :

Anticipate challenges, identify milestones, and pre-plan work to meet project schedules

Owner Advocacy :

Act on behalf of the owner, ensuring their needs are exceeded

Communication :

Determine appropriate methods of communication for different situations

Collaboration :

Collaborate effectively with all project team members

Schedule :

Create and communicate the project schedule, ensuring all parties meet deadlines

Quality :

Ensure that work meets or exceeds owner and design team expectations

Documentation :

Document construction phase work through various means

Miscellaneous :

Perform other duties as assigned
