As we continue to grow, we are seeking a high-performing Mitigation Project Manager to lead field teams and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Position Summary The Mitigation Project Manager oversees all water, fire, mold, sewage, and biohazard mitigation projects from inspection through completion. You will ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, profitably, and with excellent communication. This role participates in a rotating weekend on-call schedule with assigned crews and must be willing to perform manual labor when needed, including occasionally lifting heavy objects. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Execution Manage all mitigation jobs, including water, fire, mold, sewage backups, and biohazard/trauma scenes. Complete inspections, scopes, estimates, and change orders. Ensure accurate moisture mapping, equipment setup, daily monitoring, and documentation. Uphold IICRC standards and SERVPRO processes. Assist with manual labor when needed—including lifting, demolition, containment, and equipment movement. Customer & Adjuster Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for both customers and insurance adjusters. Clearly communicate timelines, expectations, work progress, and needed approvals. Build strong relationships through professionalism, transparency, and responsiveness. Resolve issues quickly to maintain 5-star reviews and high NPS scores. Team Leadership Lead, schedule, and coach mitigation crews. Train team members in technical skills, safety, and job quality. Enforce PPE and safety protocols, especially for sewage and biohazard work. Maintain accountability and a strong, positive culture. Operational & Financial Performance Achieve targeted profit margins on mitigation projects. Reduce property damage claims, callbacks, and inefficiencies. Ensure accurate job costing and documentation in Xactimate/XactAnalysis. Maintain equipment and vehicles in clean, ready condition. On-Call Responsibilities Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule with assigned crews. Ensure prompt, professional response after hours. Qualifications 2+ years in mitigation, restoration, construction, or related field. Experience managing crews or projects (preferred).

ASD, FSRT, AMRT
a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable responding to sewage and biohazard jobs. Able to perform manual labor when needed, including occasionally lifting heavy objects. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
