Job Description
Job Summary Stamtec Inc. is seeking a dynamic and reliable Finance & Admin Manager to lead our finance/admin operations. In this role, you will oversee financial planning, analysis, corporate reporting, and compliance, ensuring that all financial activities align with regulatory standards and support our long-term growth objectives. Your expertise will empower decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and strengthen our human resource functions to enrich the team building within the organization. Duties
- Lead the preparation and interpretation of comprehensive financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IAS (International Accounting Standards).
- Manage budgeting processes, forecasting, and cost control initiatives to ensure fiscal discipline and operational efficiency.
- Oversee corporate accounting functions including general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, and month-end closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements for governmental agencies and be responsible for filing all tax returns, federal and state level.
- Help manage company 401k account and the related annual return.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensure accurate financial reports preparation and timely submission of reports.
- Utilize Sage50 for data analysis, report generation, and process automation to enhance efficiency.
- Manage admin/HR duties to ensure the entire team functions smoothly.
GAAP, IAS
standards, and regulatory frameworks relevant to governmental entities. Strong background in risk management, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management. Demonstrated expertise in technical accounting areas including accrual accounting, revenue management, balance sheet reconciliation, and general ledger accounting. Experience with Sage 50 accounting system used for bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and financial statement preparation. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to guide teams through monthly financial processes while fostering a collaborative environment.Pay:
$62,500.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:
