???About the Opportunity We're partnering with a well-established structural steel erection contractor with a strong reputation for delivering commercial and industrial projects across the region. The business has built a solid pipeline of work, long-standing client relationships, and is continuing to invest in its people and future growth. With a collaborative leadership team and a hands-on approach to project delivery, it's an exciting time to join. ????What You'll Be Doing Manage structural steel erection projects from start to finish Plan labour, equipment, materials, and project resources Develop and maintain project schedules Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls Coordinate clients, fabricators, field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Handle RFIs, RFQs, change orders, and project documentation Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates Ensure quality, safety, and successful project delivery ? What We're Looking For MUST HAVE... 10+ years' experience in structural steel erection management Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and project delivery Experience managing commercial and/or industrial steel projects Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software (Smartsheet experience is beneficial) ????What's On Offer Take over a role with autonomy and visibility across multiple high-profile projects.
