The company maintains a robust project backlog and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support continued growth. Job Description Plan and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project progress and adjust schedules or plans as necessary to meet deadlines. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and management. Manage contracts, negotiate terms, and resolve any disputes that arise during the project lifecycle. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
