$50,000 salary plus performance-based bonus incentives

Position Type:

Full-time Nashville Painting Professionals is growing, and we are looking for a motivated Project Manager to help our team deliver organized, profitable, and professional painting projects throughout Middle Tennessee. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction or project coordination experience who wants to build a long-term career in project management. You will work closely with our Director of Operations and Project Manager while learning how to manage projects from scheduling through final completion. What You'll Do Assist with scheduling painters, subcontractors, materials, and equipment Visit jobsites and monitor project progress, quality, and cleanliness Communicate professionally with customers, crews, vendors, and the operations team Provide customers with regular project updates Maintain accurate job notes, progress photos, and documentation Help conduct project handoffs, walkthroughs, and quality inspections Identify schedule delays, scope changes, and jobsite concerns early Coordinate punch-list items and ensure projects are completed properly Help protect project profitability by monitoring labor hours and materials Support the Project Manager and Director of Operations wherever needed What Success Looks Like Projects are completed on schedule Customers receive consistent communication Jobsites remain organized and professional Quality concerns are identified and resolved quickly Final walkthroughs and project documentation are completed Labor and material usage remain within budget Customers are excited to recommend Nashville Painting Professionals What We're Looking For Strong organization and follow-through Clear and professional communication Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Comfortable working in both the field and office Willingness to take ownership and solve problems Construction, painting, or project coordination experience preferred Comfortable using mobile apps and project-management software Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Compensation and Growth $50,000 annual salary Performance-based bonus incentives tied to project results Opportunity to grow into a full Project Manager position Hands-on training and direct exposure to company leadership A growing company where strong performance creates real advancement opportunities This is not a desk-only position.
