Type:

full-time Must Haves 5+ years of construction project management experience. Experience managing projects through design, procurement, construction, and closeout. Strong budget & schedule management, forecasting, and cost control experience. Ability to review construction drawings and identify project risks or scope gaps. Experience leading client-facing meetings and executive-level reporting. Strong stakeholder management skills across architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Plusses Experience with Procore, Adaptive Work, Ariba, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools. OSHA-10 certification or knowledge of construction safety requirements. Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. PMP, CCM, or similar project management certification. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Manage multiple active construction and capital projects simultaneously through planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout. Meet with stakeholders to define project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and project expectations. Coordinate architects and design teams, review drawings, identify major issues or missing scope, and help move drawing revisions forward. Create and distribute RFPs, coordinate bid activity, assist with contractor selection, and support procurement processes. Oversee contractor activity, visit jobsites, monitor project execution, and ensure progress aligns with the project schedule. Lead project meetings, OAC meetings, client update meetings, design review meetings, and schedule review meetings. Prepare weekly executive reporting, including budget updates, schedule updates, progress photos, risks, milestones, and overall project status. Track budgets, forecast costs, review invoices, support PO processes, and approve or escalate project spending as needed. Coordinate heavily with IT, security, AV, furniture, procurement, stakeholders, JLL stakeholders, contractors, and architects. Maintain project documentation in required systems. Adaptive Work, Ingenious, Procore, and Ariba experience is helpful, but not required.
