The Superintendent/Project Manager will spend the majority of their time on-site, making sure all employees are staying productive and on task. The Superintendent/Project Manager will also be in the office as they'll conduct production meetings and update leadership on the project's progress. On larger sites, they'll usually work alongside crew leaders to receive updates on the project's progress and to address any big-picture issues the crew leaders and their team come across that could impact the project's productivity.
