Competitive base salary + allowances + performance incentives About the Role We are a well-established custom home builder specializing in high-end, one-of-a-kind residential projects throughout East Tennessee. Our homes are architecturally complex, detail-driven, and built for discerning clients. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who can take full ownership of luxury custom builds from pre-construction through final delivery. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, communication, and accountability. Responsibilities Manage high-end custom home projects from contract through completion Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and material procurement Coordinate closely with owners, architects, designers, and trade partners Conduct jobsite meetings and ensure quality, safety, and timelines are maintained Review plans, specifications, change orders, and scopes of work Maintain clear, professional communication with clients throughout the build Anticipate challenges and proactively problem-solve in the field Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to luxury standards Qualifications 5+ years of experience in custom residential construction Proven experience managing high-value, detail-intensive homes Strong understanding of construction sequencing, estimating, and scheduling Ability to lead subcontractors and hold teams accountable Excellent client-facing and communication skills Comfortable working independently and making decisions in the field Experience in mountain or custom site-built homes is a strong plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary aligned with high-end custom home market Allowances and additional compensation components available Long-term growth opportunity with a stable, respected builder Ability to work on unique, high-quality projects—not production homes Why This Opportunity This role is ideal for a Project Manager who wants to be valued for expertise , trusted to run projects properly, and work with a builder who prioritizes quality over volume.
