Project Controls Specialist Location:

Tullahoma, TN Schedule:

Onsite 5 days per week

Contract:

12-month contract to start Role is Rate + Per Diem (Per Diem totals around $42k annually) We are seeking an experienced Earned Value Management / Project Controls Specialist to support project teams, stakeholders, customers, and contractors in the areas of EVM, project controls, reporting, analysis, and process improvement. This role will provide guidance on Earned Value Management Systems, support monthly EVM reporting, assist with Integrated Baseline Reviews and Project Reviews, and help develop strong EVM processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Provide advice and guidance to project teams and stakeholders on Earned Value Management Systems and project controls best practices. Perform EVM analysis of earned value data and provide clear analysis to project stakeholders. Support the project controls team in gathering and producing monthly EVM data. Support Integrated Baseline Reviews and Project Reviews. Develop, write, and implement robust processes and procedures for Earned Value Management. Provide support to customers and other contractors. Support and remediate critical issues as needed outside of normal assigned shift. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field, and at least 12 years of relevant/progressive experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered. 5+ years of hands-on Earned Value Management experience in construction and/or government contracting environments. Experience with Deltek Cobra. Current U.S. Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Understanding of Critical Path Method scheduling. Experience supporting construction or capital acquisition projects. Experience with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project. Industry certification such as AACEi

EVP, PMI

PMP, or similar.
