Location This position is based on-site in Santa Teresa, NM full-time. Responsibilities Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientations, employment documentation, and personnel files. Manage I-9, E-Verify, and compliance-related employment records.
Distribute hiring, benefits, and payroll-related materials. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and resources. Provide administrative support including visitor reception, meeting coordination, data entry, reporting, and SharePoint management. Prepare correspondence, presentations, agendas, and meeting materials. Manage badge issuance, visitor access, catering, and office logistics. Generate and maintain HR and business reports.
Track and manage project-related budgets and expenses. Perform additional HR and administrative support duties as needed. Qualifications

- Prior administrative support experience required
- A bachelor's or associate's degree related to the role strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Solid skills with peripheral technology such as printers, digital cameras, scanners and A/V equipment
- Previous track record of successfully meeting deadlines and project expectations
- Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, as needed
- Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidence of important, sensitive information and materials
