Competitive salary based on experience + benefits We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in demolition or heavy civil construction to oversee projects from pre-construction through completion. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage demolition projects from start to finish Coordinate with owners, general contractors, inspectors, and subcontractors Develop and maintain project schedules Oversee jobsite operations, superintendents, and field crews Manage project budgets, change orders, and cost tracking Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work Lead jobsite meetings and provide progress updates Resolve field issues efficiently and professionally Ensure proper documentation, permits, and project close-out
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in demolition or heavy civil construction Proven experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager Strong knowledge of demolition means and methods Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Proficient in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar) Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with commercial and industrial demolition Knowledge of environmental abatement coordination Estimating or preconstruction experience a plus
