Job Description

A physician-led occupational health practice is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible physician for a Medical Director role that combines direct patient care with leadership and quality improvement. This is a Monday through Friday position, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no nights, weekends, or call. Compensation includes a $20,000 bonus , monthly and quarterly incentive bonuses, and an $8,000 leadership stipend . The base salary range is $280,000 to $348,000 annually , depending on experience, training, location, and seniority. The benefits package also includes 24 days of
PTO, 5 CME
days, 6 paid holidays, malpractice coverage, retirement with employer match, medical/dental/vision coverage, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, relocation assistance when applicable, and additional employee perks. certification is preferred or may be obtained. The ideal candidate will have an active unrestricted medical license, DEA and dispensing licenses for the state of practice, Medicare eligibility, and board certification or eligibility in an ABMS- or AOA-recognized specialty.
