Commercial Masonry Project Manager / Estimator ATX Masonry LLC

• Full-time, On-site ATX Masonry is a growing commercial masonry subcontractor self-performing CMU, cast and natural stone, thin veneer, and stucco/EIFS across the Austin market. We're hiring a Project Manager / Estimator to own scopes from bid to closeout — you'll price the work, win it, and see it built. What you'll do Take off drawings and build competitive, accurate estimates across our full masonry scope Solicit and level supplier and specialty quotes; write clear inclusions/exclusions Manage submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and delegated-design coordination with GCs and EORs Run project financials — budgets, change orders, monthly billing, and cost tracking Coordinate lead times and procurement so material never gates the crew Work daily with field superintendents and foremen to stay ahead of the schedule What we're looking for Minimum 3-5 years of commercial construction experience in project management, with hands-on estimating exposure — masonry or a related trade strongly preferred Working knowledge of CMU, stone, and cast stone systems and how they get built Ability to read construction drawings and specs Comfort with estimating/takeoff software, scheduling tools, and

Excel Preferred:

experience self-performing masonry, familiarity with cast stone anchorage and shop-drawing review, a construction management or engineering degree, and bilingual English/Spanish.
