WEEKLY PAY --- OVERTIME PAY
$28.00/hour
HOURS:
Shifts will be 8-10-hour workdays, 6 days per week (50-60 hours/week)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of large-scale construction and industrial projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional looking to grow their project management experience in a fast-paced environment. The Project Coordinator will assist project managers, superintendents, and field teams with scheduling, documentation, communication, reporting, and day-to-day project administration. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable working with multiple priorities, and eager to learn the construction project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Project Managers and Superintendents with day-to-day project coordination and administrative tasks. Maintain project schedules, trackers, logs, and status reports. Assist with coordinating subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and site activities. Track project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, invoices, and other project records. Prepare meeting agendas, notes, action items, and follow-up documentation. Communicate project updates and outstanding items to internal teams and project stakeholders. Help monitor project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables. Assist with material and equipment tracking and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams as needed. Maintain accurate electronic and physical project files. Assist with timesheet, purchase order, invoice, and other project-related administrative processes. Help identify schedule or coordination issues and escalate them to the appropriate project leadership. Support project reporting and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, project support, or a related field preferred. OSHA 10 Certification Required (or be willing to get) Construction, industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or logistics experience is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook . Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively with project managers, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders. Willingness to learn construction processes, project controls, and project management systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting commercial, industrial, refinery, manufacturing, data center, or other large-scale construction projects. Familiarity with construction terminology, drawings, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change management.
