We are hiring an Assistant Operations Manager in Beaumont to bring assistance to project traffic, purchasing, resourcing and day-to-day studio delivery. You will learn how to see the pressure points, set practical routines and help designers spend more time designing. The operating brief Work closely with the operation manager to evaluate the weekly view of deadlines, purchasing activity, vendor dependencies and staff capacity. Run short production meetings, clarify handoffs and make sure risks have an owner. Improve systems without adding unnecessary process. Decisions on your desk Support the day-to-day operation of the Beaumont office, keeping teams organized and priorities moving forward. Coordinate deadlines, meetings, purchasing requirements and operational needs across departments. Review schedules and status updates to identify potential issues early. Support coordinators, administrators and other office employees with prioritization and communication. Work closely with senior management on staffing, supplier issues, scheduling conflicts and operational challenges. Use reports and project data to identify recurring inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements. Maintain accurate records of approvals, spending and key operational decisions. Experience that translates You should bring previous experience in operations, office management, ideally with some responsibility for supporting or guiding others. Strong organization, sound judgment and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential. You should be confident using spreadsheets, learning new business systems and communicating effectively across different departments and levels of seniority. Be present where the work happens The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, normally 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. , at the Beaumont office. This is primarily an on-site Assistant Operations Manager role because you will be closely involved in team coordination, meetings and daily operational priorities. Occasional earlier starts or later finishes may be required around important projects or business deadlines, with these planned and communicated in advance. Your first operating priorities During your first 90 days, you will learn how the office operates, build relationships across departments and understand existing workflows and approval processes. You will identify opportunities to improve communication, scheduling and administrative processes while establishing dependable routines for meetings, reporting and follow-up. Success means fewer last-minute issues, clearer communication between departments and smoother day-to-day operations.
