Job Description

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to support and coordinate complex construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong construction project coordination experience and the ability to manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, resources, and stakeholder communication while working closely with Project Managers and field teams. Responsibilities Coordinate multiple aspects of complex construction projects to ensure they remain on schedule and within budget. Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, plans, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinate with Project Managers, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders. Monitor project progress, milestones, and critical activities and provide regular status updates. Identify potential schedule, cost, resource, and quality risks and escalate issues as needed. Assist with project planning, resource allocation, cost tracking, forecasting, and budget management. Manage and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, reports, and project correspondence. Schedule and coordinate project meetings and track action items through completion. Assist with construction cost estimating and forecasting. Coordinate procurement and material tracking to ensure project needs are met. Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and related project documents. Assist with quality control processes and ensure project documentation meets required standards. Support project closeout, turnover, punch-list, and final documentation activities. Analyze project performance and recommend improvements to project processes. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level Project Coordinators. Ensure project activities are performed in accordance with company policies, OSHA requirements, and applicable construction standards. Qualifications 10+ years of construction/project coordination experience. Proven experience supporting or coordinating complex construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, and risk management. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision. Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience coordinating with Project Managers, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and field teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint . Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms . Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation. Preferred Certifications & Skills PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification preferred. OSHA 10 certification. Certified Construction Manager (CCM) preferred but not required. Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling software . Construction cost estimating and forecasting experience. BIM/construction technology experience. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Experience identifying and mitigating construction project risks. This role is suited for someone who can operate independently while serving as a key support resource to Project Managers and construction leadership.
Pay:
From $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 50.0 - 60.0 per week
