Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Project Manager to oversee customer projects from order entry through production, delivery, and invoicing . This position serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and works closely with internal departments to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget . The ideal candidate will have strong project management, customer service, and organizational skills, along with an understanding of manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal company departments. Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers. Develop a thorough understanding of each customer's business, expectations, and project requirements. Respond promptly to customer questions, concerns, and issues and coordinate appropriate solutions. Manage customer projects from order entry through delivery and invoicing. Generate and distribute customer schedules, project updates, and job status reports. Coordinate with production, engineering, supply chain, and other internal departments to ensure seamless execution of customer orders. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop and maintain detailed project plans to track progress, deadlines, and deliverables. Communicate project schedules, changes, risks, and progress to customers and all levels of management. Maintain accurate customer and project information within the ERP system. Complete customer satisfaction surveys as required. Coordinate and facilitate customer shop tours and facility walk-throughs. Review customer purchase orders for accuracy and verify product configurations match proposals and customer requirements. Work with Supply Chain Management regarding supplier quotes and vendor selection. Identify opportunities to improve customer service, productivity, quality, and profitability. Prioritize and manage multiple projects and responsibilities effectively. Promote company goals related to Safety, Quality, and Production . Follow all company policies, Core Values, and required PPE guidelines. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field required. Project management or account management experience in a manufacturing environment preferred . Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production operations. Experience managing projects, customer orders, schedules, and deadlines. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. ERP system experience preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt quickly to changing customer and organizational needs. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Strong sense of ownership and accountability. Professionalism, integrity, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. #
INDAD Pay:
$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
