Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to residents, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
Foster meaningful relationships with residents by being patient, understanding, and attentive to their needs
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
Assist with mobility, turning, and positioning of residents as required
Document care and observations accurately and in a timely manner
Work collaboratively with nursing and medical staff to ensure the highest quality of care
Uphold the values of honesty, respect, and dignity in all interactions with residents, families, and coworkers
