Project Manager / Crew Lead Bubble Brothers Exterior Solutions College Station, TX Job Details Full-time $22.50 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Teamwork Performance management Team development Driver's License Organizational skills Delegation Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager / Crew Lead to oversee daily operations and manage team activities. This role involves supervising crew members, ensuring project tasks are completed efficiently, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting. A valid driver's license and access to a truck are preferred to facilitate transportation needs. Duties Lead and supervise team members to ensure project goals are met effectively and on schedule Manage daily operations, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance to crew members Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards on-site Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow Maintain a positive team environment through motivation, conflict resolution, and performance management Ensure all work is completed within designated timeframes during standard work hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an hour lunch break) Assist in logistical planning and resource management as needed Utilize leadership skills to foster teamwork and accountability among crew members Experience Proven experience in team management or supervision within a related industry or field Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Excellent communication skills for clear instructions and team coordination Prior experience in project management is preferred but not mandatory; leadership qualities are essential Valid driver's license is preferred; owning or having access to a truck is advantageous for transportation purposes This position offers an opportunity for individuals with leadership qualities to contribute significantly to project success while maintaining a structured work schedule.
Pay:
$22.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
